Phoenix Rage (also known as Phoenix Inferno in-game) is one of Phoenix's Hyper Combos.

Phoenix channels her cosmic flame around herself and then fires the cosmic flames forward in the shape of a giant Phoenix which screeching and heavily burns the enemy on impact.
