Cameo Characters

Cameo characters are characters that don't always show up in rosters, but appear in character endings or in the background, either watching the characters fight each other in the stages, supporting the characters during a fight (excluding assists, hidden playable characters, and Heroes & Heralds cards) or just simply doing their own thing.
