Legion is one of Strider Hiryu's Hyper Combos.
Strider summons a large number of his mechanical eagles and panthers, which dash across the screen. Compared to the previous versions, it cover slightly more vertical range. This move can hit OTG.

Trivia[]
- This is Strider Hiryu's only Level 1 H/C in Ultimate.
- Even if Strider is hit during this Hyper, the animals still come out, due to their hitboxes not being considered true projectiles and being seperate invincible entities from Hiryu himself.
