Desperado is one of Viewtiful Joe's Hyper Combos. Six Machine appears with Joe's girlfriend Silvia riding on top of it. Joe then uses the cannon to fire a single, powerful laser blast at his opponent. Can be used in midair and also can hit OTG.

- Desperado activates much more quickly (practically instantly) than in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, though the blast travels much more slower at a cost.
- This move is known as Six Cannon (シックスキャノン Shikkusu Kyanon) in the Japanese version of the game.
- Oddly, "Desperado" is the name of the guns that Sexy Silvia uses as a weapon, not the Six Cannon, which is used in the attack.
