I've decided to start an article-esque blog for newer players who are just starting out. In this monthly updated blog, I will attempt to teach you the basics and possibly some character specific information. There might be more information I can part but I'm not really getting any ideas.

First article written at the moment. Not sure if this will last long due to the lack of updates for this game. The Apocalypse is one of Marvel's big time villains since X-Men vs. Street Fighter, and I would love to see him return to UMVC3. He may have a few moves and only two Hyper Combos, but I would love to see him go against Galactus.

Apocalypse has no assist attacks, since you can only fight as Apocalypse alone.

This has been on my mind for about a few months. I always thought there was a possible chance that since Marvel and Capcom made all these games together, they should consider creating comic books based on Marvel vs Capcom, like a limited comic or even a mini series. It could include characters like maybe Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, Ryu, Zero, Wesker or possibly some other Marvel or Capcom heroes and villains.

I'm not saying that they may think about it now, but I believe it would be an idea they could talk about in the future.

I honestly feel that Amaterasu in MVC3 is not potrayed as well as she should be. Some of her Celestial Brush techniques became throws only which kind of bummered me. Also, IIRC, she doesn't have a wall jump or maybe a wall cling(Catwalk technique)

Carnage is a supervillain appearing in comic book series published by Marvel, usually an enemy of Spider-Man. He was created by writer David Michelinie and artist Mark Bagley. Gambit is a charge character. By that, I mean that most of Gambit's move can be charged by holding down the attack button of the corresponding command. These charge mean that they charge kinetic energy within his weapons. Of course, by charging it, it means that he deals more damage. In the descriptions, there are charge times. This is only for the time where the damage/effect is at its maximum. You can charge as long as you like.

But to be honest, I can see why he is not in MVC3. Making a moveset for him is a challenge itself.
